E-Bike Service Policy Update
As of January 2026, Upstate Bicycle Works will service electrical issues for the following E-Bikes:
Velotric
Rad Power
Specialized
Lectric
We strive to deliver a high quality of service to all customers, and will continue to meet this expectation for the above mentioned brands.
We will still continue to service non-electrical issues on E-Bikes from brands not listed above, such as tube and/or tire replacements, brake and gear adjustments, wheel truing, etc.
With over 25 years of cumulative experience, we pride ourselves on a deep commitment to precision, thoroughness, and care in every service we provide. Our team is equipped to handle a wide range of bikes and styles, bringing expertise and attention to detail to meet the needs of every bicycle.
Tune Up Levels (Bike and E-Bike)
Full-Service Tune-Up ($85 Bike, $105 E-Bike): This covers a thorough inspection, cleaning, safety check, lubrication, and adjustments of the front and rear brake and derailleur systems, ensuring a smooth and safe riding experience for all types of bicycles. Deluxe Tune-Up ($105 Bike, $125 E-Bike): The deluxe tune-up includes comprehensive maintenance of the wheels, addressing necessary truing, spoke tensioning, and hub service for both the front and rear wheels. Comprehensive Tune-Up ($250 Bike, $350 E-Bike, best value): The comprehensive tune-up offers everything the deluxe tune-up includes and involves complete disassembly of the drivetrain with a thorough cleaning in our sonic parts cleaner. Additionally, the comprehensive tune-up includes the replacement of all cables and housing throughout the bike.
