Our Process

Step 1: Deposit and First Consultation
With your first deposit we schedule a consultation to go over what factors you'd like to build into your bicycle.
Step 2: Confirm Digital Twin
After the first consultation, we'll send you a digital twin detailing the bike and its components. Then, we'll schedule a second consultation to finalize the design and get your approval on the build.
Step 3: Build the Bike
Once the digital twin is confirmed, we'll order the parts and begin building your bike. When it's finished, we can either deliver it to you or arrange for pickup at the store.
Step 4: Ride Ride Ride!
At this stage, we'll notify you that your bike is ready and you can ride off into the sunset!
